MEET MASTANEE
MY STORY
My work as a coach didn't begin with coaching. It began with my own need to change.
At 19, following my parents' divorce, I found myself struggling with depression, lack of focus and a feeling of being lost in my own life.
Years later, while living in the Netherlands, I experienced something that changed me profoundly. A gun was held to my head.
My confidence was shattered. But those experiences also forced me to look inward and begin asking questions that would eventually shape the course of my life.
Who am I? What really matters to me? And how do I create a life that feels like my own?
That search became the beginning of a much deeper commitment to personal development.
I had studied architecture and built a career, but I knew something was missing. In 2012, I moved to London. It became an important turning point in both my personal and professional life.
Over the years that followed, I immersed myself in understanding how our thinking, emotions, health and behaviour shape the way we experience our lives. At the same time, I continued doing the work in my own life.
For eight years, I worked within one of the world's largest personal development event organisations, surrounded by the work of some of the world's leading coaches, speakers and thought leaders.
During that time, I spoke with and supported thousands of people internationally.
Although my primary role was in sales, many of those conversations naturally went much deeper.
They taught me how to listen beyond what's being said, ask better questions and recognise what may really be happening beneath the surface.
Eventually, coaching became the work I knew I wanted to do.
Since 2018, I've had the privilege of professionally coaching hundreds of professionals and entrepreneurs around the world, supporting them through challenges in both their personal and professional lives.
And my own life continued to teach me.
During the pandemic, I returned to the Netherlands to support my mother through cancer. I lost both of my parents in 2022 and 2023.
Grief changed me again.
It deepened my understanding that we don't experience life in separate compartments.
Our work affects our relationships. Our health affects our thinking. Our confidence affects our decisions. What is happening internally eventually shows up externally.
That's why my approach to coaching is holistic.
I don't simply look at the problem you arrive with.
I look at the whole person behind it: how you think, what you believe, how you live, what matters to you and what you ultimately want to create.
Because sometimes, changing one thing changes far more than you expected.

Who Shaped My Journey

What's It Like To Work With Me
WARM. HONEST. CHALLENGING. HUMAN.
I care deeply about the people I coach.
I'll create a space where you can be completely open, think honestly and feel supported, without judgement or having to pretend you have everything figured out.
But I won't simply agree with everything you say.
I'll challenge you when I believe you need it.
I'll ask questions others may not ask, notice patterns you may not see and encourage you to look at things from perspectives you may not have considered before.
I don't believe in fitting people into a formula.
I want to understand you. What matters to you, what you're navigating, what's getting in the way and what you genuinely want.
Because I take a holistic approach, we don't have to keep your life in separate boxes.
We may begin with your business and discover that confidence is underneath it.
We may begin with a relationship and uncover something about boundaries, self-worth or communication.
We follow what's actually going to make a difference.
I'll support you, encourage you and celebrate your progress.
But I'll also hold you accountable to the person you say you want to become.
And while our work can go deep, I don't believe personal growth has to feel heavy.
There is room for laughter, curiosity, playfulness and joy along the way. That's part of who I am, and it's part of how I coach.
For me, coaching isn't about having a powerful conversation and then returning to life exactly as it was.
Insight matters. But what you do with it matters more.
Our work is about turning what you discover into different decisions, meaningful action and real change.
My role isn't to tell you how to live your life or give you all the answers.
It's to help you see more clearly, understand yourself more deeply and make the changes that are right for you.
