Results from 8 weeks (=Video) and 1 year coaching:
- My business went from a failing project to $10k/month cash flow by changing some slight priorities.
- My health was low energy, again with some changes both nutritional and mindset are vastly better and improving still every week.
- My family, having 2 kids under 3 years old and an overwhelmed wife, needed me to be a calming influence in the face of any scenario and that's exactly what I have been able to become.
- My mindset being the biggest win, after working with MAs, I now find myself able to remain calm and focused in the face of any challenge life throws at me instead of before when I'd be constantly overwhelmed, this alone is worth all our time together. Being held accountable on a regular basis, as it would for anyone, simply ensured I stayed on the right path and the results show very clearly.
1 YEAR WRITTEN TESTIMONIAL;
I worked with Mas for a few months following a low point, immediately she proved herself by being able to interpret what I was trying to express and detect things I was unaware of, and simply helping me figure out the solutions I could otherwise not get to. My business went from Zero to a few thousand per month straight away so I decided to work with Mas for a full year and see what results I could get in all areas of my life
Mas doesn't tell me what to do, but she very effectively and quickly helps me identify what's important and what I need to do to get the desired result, a simple thing but very valuable to achieving whatever it is I want. I plan to continue working with Mas and can highly recommend working with her to anyone with a struggle in their lives who needs a right-hand coach to get them to where they want to be!

Hi, my name is Keith.
I am a sales professional.
I sell freelance for many different clients, and I'm building an organization that mostly helps early stage startups, which of course means that I do lots of different things and my head very often can be in lots of different places.
I found myself in a very difficult position quite a few months ago, and I was really at the point business was okay. It's just my head was in so many different places, multiple strategies, didn't know what was going on, and there was a high probability of the whole thing falling apart.
I had spoken to Mas before, briefly on an unrelated call, and she actually gave me like a free session, totally out of nowhere. And it never, you know, I never forgot about that.
So immediately I just picked up the phone, gave her a call. We had a brief 5-10 minutes chat. And I knew straight away she knew how to help me.
So I didn't hesitate. I just said, look, I don't care. Let's move forwards. Whatever it is, please help me solve this.
We did a temporary week plan just because I like to test the waters first. And within those eight weeks, it was utterly incredible.
She focused a lot on my habits, my thinking patterns, my day to day, what I do in the mornings, what I do in the evenings, and really, my stress level, my mood, my temperament, my mindset.
In eight weeks, everything's completely different. I don't know if you can see, but I'm chilled to on this phone call. I'm not in a stressed panic. This is the middle of my workday, but I'm so organized and so on top of absolutely everything, I'm kicking back in a t-shirt, just relaxing, doing what I am doing.
It is incredible. I am so grateful that I gave her the opportunity, and I'm so grateful that because now I just signed up for the annual package, she did a special deal for me. Just so that you all know, just ask her for the annual. It was wonderful. We're going to be working together for the next year.
And again, I have nothing but good to say about her because I've tried so many different things, programs, courses, this, that she just knows how to answer the question that you may not be able to ask. I don't know how she did it.
This is a testimonial. Thank you, Mas, for all the help. And if anybody else is thinking about working with Mas, just know that this sales professional right here can tell you she knows exactly what she's doing. And I have absolutely no regrets.
And I am more than happy to continue to work with her, helping me scale and grow my business and my life. And she can do the same for.

Video Content:
Hey, Mastanee, I just wanted to say thank you very much for your coaching session and follow-up session.
So, to anybody that's watching this, I'd just like to say that I have done a lot of personal development work over the last 18 years with Tony Robbins and a lot of other top trainers and coaches.
And I've worked one on one with some of Tony's own world-class coaches, and I've been to events all over the world and crewed with him, Bahamas, California, all over the UK.
And I want to say that I think Mastanee is up there with the best of them. I'm talking, you know, I have firsthand personal experience of world-class coaches in different fields, NLP, all sorts of things, and Mastanee is definitely right up there.
Her coaching style is different to anything that I've experienced before, but I love that because she's so intuitive and clearly lets her spirit flow and things come through her rather than what a lot of coaches I have experienced do. They think a lot? So they're in their head rather than their heart space. And it does make a huge, huge difference.
So the thing I was coaching, or the thing Mastanee was coaching me for, wasn't what I thought I needed coaching on. And the only way she could know that was by using her intuition. That's my belief, anyway. And she did that so perfectly.
So I also want to say that it's amazing value. Yeah.
So, yeah. If you are looking for a coach, be it one session a month, three months, whatever. If you have any kind of challenge in your life, I strongly suggest that you talk to her. You won't go wrong.
Anyway, thanks again, Mastanee. I really appreciate you, and speak soon. Take care.
Written Testimonial:
Before the session with Mastanee I thought that I was just lost, as in I really didn't know what my purpose was.
It turned out that this wasn't the issue at all.
Mastanee was quick to realise that I lacked self-love and self-worth.
Since the session I have changed many things and now always give myself time away from the world for self-love, on a daily basis.
This has allowed me to tap into my intuition and, more importantly, to trust it!
I love Mastanee's style of coaching, it's so different to anything I've experienced before.
She's so intuitive, understanding and compassionate, a real breath of fresh air.I can't recommend her highly enough _/\_

(Video Content) Hi, Mastanee, I want to give you feedback for the great coaching I had with you and want to say thank you for the great time with you. Yes, for the great time with you.
My name is Marcel. For each hour, they are listening to me. I'm from Germany. My English is not the best, but everything I say comes from my heart. Because I had a very great time with Mastanee last week, I had a coaching session with her in English. It was very great for me.
Yes, I had a big topic because I want to go with my company to another country. I was very frightened. It was very big. And behind this topic, there were a lot of other topics, and she and I together solved it in 90 minutes. I had a very good time with her. It was unbelievable.
How can I say it? I can say deep from my heart that she was so, so close to me. She had such good, very good, and clear questions for me. Such a very good and warm atmosphere that I could open up. Yes, that I could open very well.
In the last week, I changed a lot. The topic that was so big for me is now small. It's only one step because we solved some problems from my past. It was about my relationship with my mother and some friends. The biggest thing I learned in this time together is to put myself in the first position.
When I was young, I learned to help my mom. She was very ill psychologically, and I put my mom in front of me. Every decision I made was with my mom between me and my decision to help other people first and then myself. I was very successful in many jobs, but not successful in myself. I got weaker and weaker.
We solved this topic, and I changed the position. I put myself first—not in an egoistic way, but yes, me first because I'm the most important person for me, in a very loving way. Then other people, my mom, my friends. This changed a lot.
I can see more clearly. I can make better decisions from my heart. The biggest thing for me is that I first listen to myself and then I can listen to other people. This is so nice. This is such a good feeling. I've been running around for a week with an inner smile, very good connections to my friends. I can say yes, I can say no. Both feel very good.
Mastanee had a big part in this. I want to say thank you. It was a very good time. I will come back for coaching. It would be great. When I do other bigger things in the next years, I know there's somebody who can help me when there's a stop in my life or something like this. Thank you for the great time we had together. Yes, that's all.
Bye bye, Marcel... putting the video out! :-)

Julia Sandford - Client Service Excellence
Her Results:
- Emotional breakthrough connected to childhood memory
- Clearer relationship with finances and priorities
- Shift in perspective from short-term gratification to long-term meaning
- Increased behavioral awareness in daily habits
- Greater clarity around limiting beliefs about credentials and executive identity
Video Content:
Hi, my name is Julia and I've been coached by Mastanee. I've worked with several coaches, but Mastanee is by far the best. I've never known anyone as dedicated to their clients and their growth. She has a lot of empathy and is brilliant at what she does. She would spend 2 hours instead of 1 hour with me and support me by responding to my messages, leaving long voice messages, or long emails between sessions. She continued to check in with me even after our coaching engagement had finished because she genuinely cares about her clients.
Mastanee's coaching was transformative in a way I never felt before. While other coaches' transformations were gradual and happened during self-reflection, every session with Mastanee was transformative. I made significant progress in each coaching session. She wouldn't end the relationship until I had some form of epiphany.
What I love about her is her pragmatism. She gave me very practical tools and adapted to my style so well. I like direct feedback, and she speaks her mind. She's not afraid to tell you exactly what she thinks, always with a lot of compassion. She lives by the principles she advocates in her coaching, and that's why Mastanee is a brilliant coach. I highly recommend her.

And of course, we're always trying to find new ways and possibilities to develop our business and develop ourselves, improving our skill sets, and we came across Mastanee and connected immediately.
She's a very kind person. Great coach, has an amazing experience on an international level, which was, of course, important for us since we're building our business on a global scale.
And after only one session already, we were able to put a lot of her advice into action, and it had a great impact on our business. So some of those actions were optimizing our communication flow with our team, adding a lot of fun stuff to build up more energy and momentum, and setting up smart goals and accountability for all of us, for our team, and, of course, for ourselves. And we have seen immediate results after these few steps.
So thank you, Mastanee, and we'll definitely continue working together, and we can highly recommend your service to every person out there in the world. So, wishing everybody great success. Take care. Stay safe. Bye.

Video Content: My name is Daniela Sani, and I am a mindset and business coach for women. I had a session with Mastanee the other day, and I'm really thankful for her opening the space for me to open up and share what was going on in my life. She was non-judgmental and helped me see a perspective I hadn't considered, which was playing a big role in my life. It was very important to let it out and for her to help me shift that perception of myself.
I'm very grateful for her creating that space and for helping me see what I wasn't seeing. She also pushed me to take action, not just talk. She's very good at ensuring you take massive action on one important thing to move you forward. Before, I used to talk more and take longer to act, but with her accountability, I took action right away, which brought momentum to our discussions.
She's a great listener with great energy, and that's very important in a coach. So thank you.

When I started coaching, my goal was to create stronger boundaries, improve my self-worth, and build healthier professional relationships. Through our sessions, I gained confidence in my leadership role, learned to communicate more openly, and prioritized self-care more effectively. Your coaching provided a safe space for self-reflection and practical strategies that helped me grow personally and professionally. I’m grateful for your guidance and support throughout this journey.
I valued your approach—your ability to challenge me while being supportive made a big difference. The accountability you provided helped me stay committed to my growth. Overall, it was a very positive experience!
Main Results Experienced:
Our sessions have been incredibly valuable for me. I have seen progress in several areas, including:
• Setting more explicit boundaries and feeling more comfortable saying “no” when needed.
• Strengthening my self-worth and learning to listen to my intuition more.
• Feeling more confident in my leadership role and improving my relationships with colleagues.
• Managing my emotions more effectively, especially in challenging situations.
• Prioritizing self-care more, though there is still room for improvement.
Other benefits I noticed:

Summary: "Transformed from depression and fear to clarity and purpose in mindset, relationships, and business.
Built deep trust and achieved unexpected breakthroughs in personal and professional growth"
Written Testimonial:
At the start of the coaching session in May 2020 I can be described as depressed, scared, not trusting in anyone, lacking energy, lacking enthusiasm, not having clear goals, not having clear visions or a clear business plan.
I feel that I have transformed as a person from what I was in May 2020.
This is most notable in my personal life and my emotional state given that I had gone through a very adversarial divorce whilst trying to keep my high pressurized day job and continue with other outside interest inclusive of a large property portfolio.
For me the deep dive into my personal mind and psychological was a real eye-opener in trying to understand myself and for Mas to work out what makes me tick as a person and what I really want in my personal life, work and business life.
From there it was a case of building the foundations of core themes.
Mas approach was also full of deep love and joy where I made a real deep connection of trust, respect and belief in my coach.
This was totally borne out by the amazing breakthroughs I had.
All of them were seemingly unexpected but make no mistake that the breakthrough came because of the amazing work both my myself and my coach.
Many, many hours of practice and learning were put into actions to build the pathways to all of the breakthroughs that I had.
Now we are focusing on the future and business plans and again we have made goals and started to put together a business plan that I feel will serve to be me to grow and develop my needs and wants in a business.
"I cannot recommend enough the skills and expertise of Mas as a life coach and mentor in all aspects of personal life and business.
RESULTS:
- Transformed from a state of depression and fear to a more empowered and enthusiastic mindset
- Developed a deep understanding of personal motivations and desires
- Experienced unexpected breakthroughs in personal growth and business planning
- Achieved clarity and direction in personal and business goals
- Created Goals and Visions
- Working towards the best version of me
- Became a lot more self-aware of me and the way I behave in the world and amongst family, friends, and colleagues
- Had a connection to my mind and started that important self-talk
- Not to have a victim mentality and turn that around to say why not me. To accept all of these issues as part of my path.
- Could see beyond the issue and seeked to be happy as opposed to being right
- Gave myself room to grow and develop and not judge myself or put unwanted pressure on myself
- I also started to love myself again/more and realised this was so important.
- Gained insight in forgiveness and that had/has worked Not to have the 'story' of being the victim - It's my 'story' to narrate and enjoy how I want it.
- Built trust, respect, and belief in the coaching relationship
- Not to negatively anchor anyone or the situation

Summary: Transformed from feeling stuck and stressed, unable to accept herself, to embracing self-acceptance, clarity, and commitment to personal growth. Achieved greater contentment, self-belief, and emotional stability, guided by Mastanee's supportive coaching approach
Written Testimonial;
Mastanee is an awesome coach to work with. She is so warm and caring, yet she keeps you accountable when needed.
When I started with her I was having a hard time accepting myself,
my situation and couldn't find a way to move forward as I was so stressed about everything.
With only a few sessions the things started shifting around for me and I started to see a plan around me.
Even though I could've put down a strategy myself,
it was the emotional blockages that held me back.
And these were the things that we mostly were working at.
I am more content with myself,
I used to be in a big hurry all the time, scarcity. Now I trust the process more
I believe in myself more,
I love myself more,
I am actually happy despite the situation around me
and not jumping around from one opportunity to another.
Sticking to what I do because I am committed to myself now.
With Mastanee you get the attention and dedication you need in order to get yourself back on track and to the place you want to get to!
Results:
- Overcame emotional blockages and shifted mindset towards self-acceptance and forward progress.
- Developed a clearer plan and strategy for personal and professional growth.
- Increased contentment and reduced feelings of hurry and scarcity.
- Built self-belief, self-love, and happiness despite external circumstances.
- Committed to personal growth and stability, sticking to chosen paths with confidence and dedication.

Before meeting Mastanee, I felt completely lost. I felt that I had no clarity on what my purpose was, but knew that I wanted to help people in some way.

Before working with Mastanee, I struggled with building routines that actually lasted. I also found it difficult to stay present, I often drifted toward the past, and I wanted to better understand relationship dynamics and how to communicate in a healthier way.
Since starting our sessions, I’ve become much more present and grounded. I understand relationship dynamics on a deeper level and can communicate more clearly and confidently. I also gained personal insights I didn’t even know I needed, which helped me understand myself much better. On top of that, I finally built a consistent morning and evening routine that helps me start and end my days with clarity and focus. I also feel much more in control of my thoughts and emotions, especially when it comes to dealing with past experiences.
What I appreciated most about Mastanee was her ability to ask the right questions, the kind that lead to real breakthroughs. Her knowledge about relationships, her warm and uplifting energy, and the trust she creates made working with her feel safe and meaningful. I always felt understood and supported throughout the process.
The accountability check-ins were also a big part of what made her coaching so effective. They showed me she genuinely cared about my progress and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I achieved my goals. That level of support made a huge difference, and I’m grateful for the impact she’s had on my life.

Last few years I have worked so much in self-development, taking action as needed from all the insights I was experiencing!
I worked with so many great coaches, all making a difference, I spent a small fortune trying to find me!
However - I would still hit that emotional black hole, I was an onion that had never-ending layers that so needed peeling!
I actually felt my life was me taking part in the real hunger games - waiting for finally being told that I had survived all the tough challenges!
The one concept & the most crucial one I kept failing to understand was Self-love!
Affirmations seemed so stupid - they just did not sit real with me!
Yesterday something magical happened! I had a 1-hour virtual session with Mastanee & I finally understood!
Mastanee, reached out to me when I had my recent dark episode & we arranged this session,
I nearly canceled last minute as I was convinced that she could not help me, that I was destined to a long life of feeling alone & in pain!
What could she say in 1 hour that no one else had said!
I even reached out to a mentor recently that I paid thousands to - someone who is meant to be top of their game spiritually & I did not even get a reply!
The Bally before yesterday was hurt, let down & had made excuses for them!
The Bally today does not need to as is complete within herself!
I finally understand self-love & it feels so right! I can’t explain it
- I’m aligned & I don’t need anyone externally to verify me!
_I’m at peace & just can’t stop smiling!
_I slept like a baby & jumped out of bed smiling, actually was woken up by my yoga teacher!
I’ve had the most amazing coaches & mentors on my journey, now Mastanee has given me the most crucial final peace!
I’m so grateful to them & I am eternally grateful to Mastanee for being such a gift in my life, she completed me to such a beautiful way of being!

Thank you so much, for that bright session we had together, your generosity, your energy and your warm and welcome voice and tonality.
I had a great experience working with you, it’s priceless what we can get from 1H30 or 2h that sometimes we can’t get by reading dozens of books.
You helped see the underneath request of my situation, you helped me get that momentum and you are already an outstanding coach for me that I can even take as a mentor.
I think what is standing with you out from other coaches is you give that feeling of contribution and not marketing or selling, I loved it
Your strength is that you have active listening, you give the path, you don’t stay only neutral
Also, you keep contacting your client after the session which I found amazing, it gives more security on my point of view.
After the session, I felt very empowered, I got the clarification I needed and new insights, also a new perception of love and relationship.
For me it was very valuable, it helped to breakthrough an anchored pattern,
the days after weren’t very good, as maybe I had that conflict inside of me or whatever but after that I stood up for myself and for what we had the deal on, so the coaching session was priceless.
I am happy that the universe brings you to my life and to my path, and I trusted my intuition to go further with you and trust the path.

I had challenges with getting organised and focused, and I was losing valuable productive time.
With the right questions during the sessions, Mastanee understood what needed to be addressed and making the right suggestions she helped me plan the following 7 days.
We set some deadlines for the priorities which were identified and made a plan of action. This brought peace in my mind and a bit of anxiety as to whether or not I would be able to keep to the plan.
It worked...I got things done and felt much better having been more productive with the plan we set!
Mastanee has great energy, is a great listener and seeks to understand in order to address the important concerns in the best possible way.
She's a great conversationalist and keeps control of the session so as not to get sidetracked and lose time.
I feel comfortable in recommending Mastanee to those in a similar situation as mine.
"Love your energy, your take on things, your assertiveness, your consistency, your humour, your ability to listen and your ability to control the conversation so as not to get sidetracked and lose valuable time.

Mastanee is incredible, she puts her heart and soul into her craft and works with some pretty amazing intuition.
I have met many coaches but Mastanee is for sure the real deal. She takes her time and opens her heart for her clients (well I can only speak for me, but her testimonials speak for themselves).
I don't think there are many coaches like her. She gives a lot of comfort and space and is very easy to speak to.
She makes you introspect in a deep way and if you are willing to work with her I am certain you will get results.
Some of the results I had:
_ I created a plan of action for my start-up opportunity.
_ My daily habits are better,
_ I meditate daily.
_ I feel calmer and more focused.
_ I had a habit that wasn't serving me which
I dont do any more thanks to our session.
_ I feel fulfilled more because I do what I intend.
_ My energy levels are clear and I think and see much more clearly
_ I am more productive and find that I don't waste much more time on useless actions (browsing the web, social media which has no goal in mind).
_ I write more, I put in a daily reflection of what I am doing.
You really need to know what you want in life and her sessions but she prepares you very well.
I had consistency issues and in a few sessions she sorted me out.
I highly recommend her,
I seriously dont think you can find anyone better.

I had my sessions with Mastanee when trying to create a balance between my personal life and achieving professional goals.
Mastanee's background in event management and her personal development journey alongside prominent and world-known coaches such as Tony Robbins is utilised in her coaching method.
Her guidance inspired me with insight towards aspects of life that I, like many others, occasionally caught within a squirrel wheel, and had been kept ignoring, following specific traumas.
Results
_ As a result, I have become more precise in planning my daily activities, managing my time, and choosing where to invest it in order to be more productive.
_ I have also become more clear with my professional vision and am currently receiving executive level consultation for setting up a multilingual theatre company with the aim of producing plays in Persian/Farsi that are not allowed to be performed in Iran.
_ I have also started as a self-employed translator fbetween Swedish, Persian and English to generate supporting income while establishing my artistic goal.
_ In terma of personal life and relationship,
I am very clear who do I want to live with from the start prior to initiating any type of encounter, open and honest and clear cut about what my life is about and what I expect from a life companion.”
I would suggest Mastanee's Coaching to anyone in urgent need of a spiritual shake-up who feels trapped within the mundane routines of daily life.
Also, those simply feeling the deep desire for a genuine change need a human lantern to take them through confusion fogs."

Mastanee helped me identify my biggest challenge,
and guided me towards taking action in one of the several ideas I have in mind, instead of continue to think about all the possibilities and endless ideas
(a real problem of a serial entrepreneur). I had a couple of breakthroughs .
She is a proactive - take action, kind of person, and I love that.
I often have many ideas and don’t know where to start.
And so the highest impact was definitely guiding me towards start thinking of delivering the workshop and taking action.
Your strength is your high relatability. I feel like we are best friends and have only just met you. This says a lot about your emotional IQ and willingness, friendliness and overall care aspect of your personality.
If you want a real change, Mastanee is the coach for you!

"This journey has been life-changing, and I am thankful for the positive transformations I have experienced with her support."
"Before working with Mastanee, I faced ongoing physical symptoms, such as nausea, that appeared not only during meetings but also throughout my daily routine, sometimes even after breakfast or during personal moments. These symptoms were closely linked to early childhood experiences that had a lasting impact on my nervous system and mental well-being, leaving me in a persistent state of discomfort.
I had explored numerous therapies and methods in the past to address challenges like anxiety and social unease, yet nothing seemed to provide lasting relief. It wasn’t until I turned to God and experienced His grace that I began to notice real transformation. God freed me from anxiety, social discomfort, and deeper internal struggles. His guidance led me to Mastanee’s coaching at a crucial turning point in my healing journey.
Mastanee helped me reframe my perspective on my symptoms. Through her coaching, I learned to welcome bodily sensations rather than resist them. This shift in mindset greatly reduced both the frequency and intensity of my nausea, allowing me to regain a sense of peace and control over my physical well-being.
Her support also helped me cultivate self-compassion, enabling me to navigate difficult situations with greater calm and confidence. I came to realize that my self-worth isn’t dependent on external factors, such as the fear of being judged or the pressure to stay composed in stressful environments.
Beyond emotional growth, Mastanee also guided me in adopting healthier lifestyle habits. I have resumed eating nutritious meals, exercising consistently, and establishing more discipline in my daily life. The practical tools she introduced, such as visualization techniques and challenging negative thought patterns, continue to play a crucial role in my ongoing progress.
I truly believe that God works through science to reveal strategies and resources that aid in our healing, and I am deeply grateful for how Mastanee’s coaching has complemented the healing work that God has done in my life.
This journey has been life-changing, and I am thankful for the positive transformations I have experienced with her support.
Results summary:
- I learned useful self-help techniques, such as "do not judge the sensation but embrace it," which helped reduce the symptoms.
- I learned the importance of diet, vitamins, and other herbal medicines that help calm the nervous system.
- I learned to not aim for perfection but make small changes that will take you to a positive lifestyle.
- Reduced Physical Symptoms: Significant decrease in nausea, both in frequency and intensity.
- Emotional Healing: Relief from anxiety, social discomfort, and internal struggles.
- Shift in Mindset: Learned to welcome bodily sensations rather than resist them.
- Increased Self-Compassion: Developed greater calm and confidence in navigating difficult situations.
- Improved Self-Worth: No longer dependent on external validation or fear of judgment.
- Healthier Lifestyle Habits: Resumed nutritious eating, consistent exercise, and daily discipline.
- Effective Practical Tools: Benefited from visualization techniques and reframing negative thoughts.

The coaching session was amazing..
Mastanee you are brilliant, very professional and experienced at what you do.
It was easy for me to share and open up. I felt comfortable and at ease.
Sometimes I found it difficult but I didn’t feel under pressure.
I learned a lot in such a short time, which I can apply in all situations of my life. I notice that when I change my thinking about me or a situation into a positive my feeling becomes positive, so I can become more positive.
This is very powerful if I stay consistent at it. I have noticed I am more aware of what is happening within me and I am taking responsibility for this.
Thank you for sharing these pearls of wisdom.
Would definitely recommend!
Wonderful person, with others best interests at heart. Peace and love

It had been quite a challenging time in my life, I reached out for coaching with Mastanee . I was looking for some guidance on how to get unstuck in the situation I had been in, how to release some difficult emotions, and how to move forward with actionable steps.I was a bit unsure of how it's going to go as I didn’t have much to do with being coached before.
But the whole experience far exceeded my expectations.
Even before the coaching sessions, Mastanee helped me a lot already, by sending me a preparation form.
The act of writing down the answers to her questions to assess my situation, focusing on the task at hand helped me tremendously.
During the coaching sessions, I could feel her presence, focus and care which in turn helped me to open up. She was loving and caring in her approach, at the same time was able to cut through all the fluff and was calling me out on the stories I was telling to me. Very quickly she heard what I was going through, established what I needed and offered me great tools to move forward and we set up actionable goals.
RESULTS:
After the sessions, I felt great. I felt a connection with real me again. I felt energized and most importantly I had a plan on what I should do in the next days and weeks in order to get me started on achieving my goals.
So would I recommend coaching with Mastanee.
Oh Yes. 100%. No matter what you are going through. Her presence, ability to listen and most importantly hear and to create an actionable plan will help you in achieving your goals too.

Firstly, I found that telling you my stories about the most difficult times in my life proved to be very enlightening. I suspected that I had a lot to offer to the world, but your feedback made me realise that I have so much more to give than I previously thought. Thank you so much.
I also realised that if I break things down into topics, I can actually make my experiences more meaningful. I'm now quite excited about working on topics that can potentially help other people deal with experiences similar to my own.
I also didn't think about how my experiences as a mother could be helpful to other mothers. This is a new idea for me...and I'm looking forward to exploring this too.
Once again, I want to thank you for this session with me. I greatly appreciate it

My challenge was that I had some problems with my self-esteem and how to handle this.
After the sessions, I have had more focus on my inner voice and why I have them and how I can master them and change them into a positive way that works for me instead of against me. I will follow and work with this from now on and I have already remarked some good changes in my personality.
Mastenee is a lovely person with lots of love and caring and she finds the problem very quickly together with a great solution to it.
She´s also very good to follow up and ask about the progress that I have had since last time and at last,
but not least, she has a lovely and warm smile that is very positive and nice to get when you have some problems like this.
