Welcome to Mastanee Coaching. These Terms & Conditions apply to my coaching programmes and services provided by Mastanee Coaching. By enrolling in any coaching programme or purchasing coaching services, you confirm that you have read, understood. and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
COACHING SERVICES
Mastanee Coaching provides personalised, transformational coaching designed to support your personal and professional growth.

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you gain clarity, overcome challenges, develop practical strategies, and create lasting transformation.

COACHING IS NOT THERAPY
Coaching is not counselling, psychotherapy, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial advice.
If you are experiencing mental health concerns or require specialist support. You should seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional.

CLIENT COMMITMENT
Coaching is a collaborative partnership.
Meaningful transformation requires commitment and active participation.
While Mastanee Coaching provides guidance, support, accountability, and proven coaching methods, you
remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. No specific outcome or result can be guaranteed.

Current coaching options include:

Every coaching journey is tailored to your individual goals, circumstances and aspirations.
Sessions may be scheduled weekly or fortnightly unless otherwise agreed.

SESSION DURATION
Each coaching session lasts approximately 90 minutes.
PAYMENTS
Full payment or an agreed payment plan must be in place before coaching begins.
Payment plans must be maintained according to the agreed schedule.
Failure to maintain agreed payments may result in coaching sessions being paused until payments are brought up to date.

UPGRADING YOUR PROGRAMME
Clients may upgrade to a higher coaching programme at any time during or immediately following their coaching journey.
100% of the investment paid towards your current coaching package will be credited towards your next coaching programme.
Any remaining balance must be paid before the upgraded programme begins.

RESCHEDULING
If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be considered used, except in exceptional circumstances.

PROGRAMME VALIDITY
Coaching programmes should be completed within the agreed coaching period.
Unused sessions do not automatically roll over beyond this period.
Extensions may be granted at the discretion of Mastanee Coaching where appropriate.
WHATSAPP SUPPORT
Where included within your coaching programme, WhatsApp accountability is available for 7 days following each coaching session, during normal business hours.
WhatsApp is intended for accountability, encouragement, celebrating your progress and sharing your wins as you implement your action plan.
It is not intended to replace coaching sessions or provide coaching between sessions.
Responses will be provided as soon as reasonably possible and should not be considered an emergency service.

SOS COACHING CALLS
Where included within your coaching programme, SOS Coaching Calls are designed to provide brief support between scheduled coaching sessions.
Each call lasts approximately 15 minutes and is subject to reasonable availability.
SOS Calls do not replace scheduled coaching sessions.
Unused SOS Calls expire at the end of each calendar month and cannot be carried forward.

GIFTED COACHING SESSIONS
Where included within your coaching programme, Gifted Coaching Sessions may be provided to two different loved ones, including friends, family members or partners.
Gifted sessions:

are non-transferable once booked;

cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds or programme credit;

must be used within the validity of your coaching programme.

SESSION RECORDINGS
Where session recordings are provided, they are supplied for your personal use only.
Recordings may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, published or used commercially without written permission from Mastanee Coaching.

REFUND POLICY
Payments for coaching programmes are non-refundable once coaching has commenced.
If exceptional circumstances arise, any requests will be considered individually at the sole discretion of Mastanee Coaching.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Everything discussed during coaching sessions is treated with respect and confidentiality.
Information will not be shared without your permission except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a genuine concern regarding serious harm to yourself or others.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All coaching materials, exercises, worksheets, guides, and resources provided by Mastanee Coaching remain the intellectual property of Mastanee Coaching and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

RIGHT TO END COACHING
Either Party may end the coaching relationship if it is no longer appropriate to continue.
Mastanee Coaching reserves the right to end coaching where inappropriate behaviour occurs, agreed payments are not maintained, coaching is no longer considered appropriate for the client's needs, or circumstances prevent the continuation of services.
Where applicable, any unused prepaid sessions may be reviewed on a case by-case basis.

RESULTS
Every coaching journey is unique.
Coaching is designed to support meaningful and lasting transformation; however, results vary depending on individual commitment, personal circumstances and implementation of the coaching process.
No guarantees are made regarding specific personal, professional or financial outcomes.

By purchasing a coaching programme or booking coaching sessions with Mastanee Coaching, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
