• Adjustments and Additional Session: Based on your feedback, we can make adjustments to our approach or content. If you feel another session would be beneficial, we can arrange that to ensure we're on the right track.

• Mutual Understanding: Please know that I never take feedback personally, and there are no hard feelings. My goal is your growth and satisfaction, and I approach every situation with understanding and empathy.

• Continuous Improvement: While such situations have not arisen before, I am committed to working with you to find the best solutions with care and respect.

Sessions are primarily conducted via Zoom for a face-to-face online experience, but I’m happy to accommodate your preferences:

• Zoom Calls: By default, we use Zoom for the best face-to-face interaction online. If you're new to Zoom, I can provide a brief tutorial to help you get comfortable with the platform.

• Phone Calls: If you prefer phone calls over video, we can explore this option. Keep in mind that phone calls may not capture non-verbal cues like body language, which are important for providing more tailored support.

• In-Person (London): If you’d prefer face-to-face sessions in London, I’m open to discussing this as well. Please note that due to limited availability, I can only accommodate a select number of in-person clients. If I’m unable to offer an in-person session, I’ll ensure we have a highly effective online alternative.

• Flexibility: Your comfort and convenience are my priority. Whether we use Zoom or another method, I'm committed to making our sessions productive and suited to your needs.

Ofcourse, life can be full of surprises, and I understand that sometimes plans need to be adjusted. If you need to reschedule or 'pause' a session, kindly visit the 'Schedule a Session' page on my website and include 'reschedule' in the comments section. Alternatively, you can also reach out via email at info@mastaneecoaching.com, providing at least (ideally) '48' hours' notice before the scheduled session.

If you find it challenging to schedule the 30-minute follow-up call within the 14-day timeframe, it's not a problem. We can coordinate and set it up at the earliest convenience for both of us. However, please note that the accountability period remains at 12 days following the main session.

Please Note: In order to get the most out of the experience, I wouldn't suggest stretching it out longer than 12 days, as this can break the momentum of your progress and prevent you from fully benefiting from your coaching experience. Therefore exceptions or adjustments can only be discussed if urgent situations arise

If you decide to register and pay in full for long-term coaching within 10 days after your initial main session, I'm pleased to offer you a discount.

We will deduct 50% from £299 (£150 discount) from the long-term coaching package as an expression of our commitment to your journey towards personal growth and success

Your privacy is important to me. Everything shared during sessions or via email and WhatsApp is confidential. However, if there’s a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if illegal activities are involved, I may need to report it. Otherwise, your information remains secure and private.
